Job Title: Residential Care Home Manager

Location: Burnley

Salary: £31,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Services: A new and exciting opportunity has recently arisen for an experienced, driven, and passionate Home Manager to join our client's small, specialised residential home based in Burnley. This service provides care and support for individuals in a homely and warm environment. The home is a vibrant and welcoming service that provides person-centred care to residents who have brain injuries.

As the Service Manager, you will be required to register with the CQC as Registered Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the service, coordinating and leading the team of staff.

Person Specification:

All candidates must have full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must also have a Registered Managers Award (RMA), plus a Level 5 diploma (or be willing to work towards this). Applicants must have excellent management skills and business acumen, as well as a strong working knowledge of health and social care especially within supported living and community-based care.
