An exciting opportunity has arisen for Experienced Team Leader to join our growing Outreach Service based in Newbury.

If you are compassionate, dedicated and wish to provide a high quality service to Children with learning disabilities, we would love to hear from you.

The role includes meeting and supporting families through the initial referral stage, completing home visits, planning a bespoke package of care for the young person and supporting the staff team to get to know the young people.

The packages of care take place at our centre, in the children’s homes and out in the community, delivering quality care to those we support.

You will meet a range of young people aged 3-18 who enjoy cooking, sensory play, craft activities and being outdoors.

It is a full time position hours will vary, including working some evenings and weekends to help set up the packages of care
