Overview                

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a diverse nationwide complex care provider who offer a range of provisions providing care for adults with learning and physical disabilities as well as mental health conditions and neurological conditions. Together, we are seeking a nurse qualified 'Charge Nurse' in the Mansfield area to cover a new build service which offers a community feel and as much independence to service users as physically possible signifying a new progressive model of care for the company. As a Charge Nurse, you will be working directly with the Registered Manager and be responsible for the overall quality, policies, procedures and quality of care to name just a few of the responsibilities.               

Location                

The post is in Calverton and is commutable from Nottingham, Mansfield, Derby and Newark.  

Criteria                

- Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with a valid NMC pin                

- Sound knowledge of learning disabilities and Autism.              

- Excellent understanding of the CQC standards          

- Committed to providing an excellent standard of care                  

Interview Process                

One stage - A formal meeting with the Regional Director consisting of a competency-based interview followed by a tour of the service.              

Salary and Benefits                

£36k - £38k per annum (depending on experience) + KPI related bonus and company benefits such as generous pension scheme, 25 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays, Buy Additional Annual Leave, High Street Shopping Discounts etc
