Registered Manager - Complex Needs

Compass Associates are searching for an experienced, passionate Registered Manager to join an esteemed client on a full time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with adults with complex health needs including mental health, physical disabilities and learning disabilities within a residential setting.        

The Role        

This role will involve managing a stable home for adults with varying complex health needs. You will have had extensive experience in working with vulnerable adults and managing a strong stable staff team. Knowledge around CIW regulations and safeguarding legislations are essential. This is a growing and forward thinking organisation therefore someone who is ambitious and is interested in supporting the organisation with growth and development is a must.        

Essential        

- At least one year managing a similar service      

- QCF 5 in Health and Social Care      

- Ability to promote independence, choice and respect      

- Good knowledge of CIW requirements

This service is located in Haverfordwest and is commutable from Pembroke, Carmarthen, Cardigan and surrounding areas.
