My client are a small independent care organisation who are looking for a Deputy Manager who can help with the management of a residential care home which specialises in Learning Disabilities. As the Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Home Manager in order to achieve the highest standard of care which are in line with the company values. Also, you will be the first point of call for a team of carers and you must show strong leadership skills in order to motivate this team and to produce the highest quality of care for the residents.

Candidate requirements:
- NVQ L3
- Learning Disabilities background
- Leadership skills
