On behalf of an established care company who provide expert care to people with learning disabilities / autism / mental health I am seeking a Supported Living Manager for one of their exceptional supported living services in the Birmingham Area. As Supported Living Manager you will be looking after 20 service users over 5 sites. The role is Monday to Friday, some on call maybe required.

My client has an impressive portfolio of supported living and residential homes across the Midlands region of the UK. They are a wonderful, expanding organisation that deliver care to people with autism, learning disabilities and mental health care needs.

I am seeking an experienced Team Leader / Deputy Manager / Supported Living Manager to join one of this organisation's flag ship supported living services. The supported living service has a brilliant reputation with the local authority, CQC and within the community.

As Autism Care Team Leader / Deputy Manager / Supported Living Manager you will oversee a supported living service in co-operation with the registered manager. You will manage the service in the manager's absence, and you will deliver care to people with learning disabilities and autism care needs.

The Ideal Registered Care Team Manager / Supported Living Deputy Manager:

• You will be a highly experienced Senior Carer / Care Team Leader / Supported Living Deputy Manager or Manager. Our client requires someone who can provide the best care possible to all your clients with a hands-on approach to management.

Key Requirements:

• Autism care / learning disabilities care
• Experience of supported living management / care team leading / deputy management.
• Supported living care experience.
