Registered Branch Manager - Community Complex Care          

Home Based - Must be able to travel into Central London

£30,000 - £35,000          

Compass Associates are working with a brand new provider of Community Complex Care who are looking for an experienced Registered Branch Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking and innovative care organisation and support them from the very beginning of their journey.          

The Candidate          

The ideal  candidate will have experience within the Domiciliary or Home Care sector and have a strong knowledge around CQC regulations and guidelines. This is a home based role therefore someone who is self motivated with a can do attitude is essential. There will be occasions where the Branch Manager will need to commute into Central London for meetings. An organised, approachable person is needed for this fast paced role as it will involve managing staff in various locations, such as health care assistants and nurses, whilst maintaining great relationships with clients and family members.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage referrals as they come in from external parties

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Local Authorities and NHS

- Manage multiple complex care packages at any one time

- Be able to travel into London on occasion

- Be the registered person with CQC

- Manage a large multi site staff team

- Support a new business to grow and develop

- Ensure top quality care is provided at all times     

Location          

This is a remote role, however the successful candidate will need to be able to travel into Central London.
