Purosearch are working with a care organisation to recruit a Quality Improvement Lead for a portfolio of residential Learning Disability services in the Midlands.

The Quality Improvement Lead will be supporting Home Managers in the quality assurance, compliance and business development of their services. Candidates must be able to provide assistance relating to regulation and safeguarding vulnerable adults and must be able to support the training and development of staff. The applicant must also be able to travel within the Midlands area and must be a car driver.

To apply for this role you must be an experienced in multi site quality management and be able to carry out the following tasks:


*Ensuring Health and Safety policies are in place and updated as required
*Ensure managers provide a comprehensive and ongoing training programme for their staff.
*Business development across the region
*Quality and compliance
*Preparing for inspection
*Assist home managers with target and development plans
*Visit each home on a regular basis. Provide regular supervision sessions with the manager.
