£9.00 per hour – full time – Permanent

Overview

Compass Associates are proud to be supporting a national mental healthcare provider in their search for Night Care Support Worker to join expanding team in Bideford area.

Responsibilities

-Engaging & supporting clients in activities of daily living, meal provision & medication prompting & taking care of client’s wellbeing.

-A responsible and caring attitude is important.

-You will work in friendly but sometimes challenging environments, therefore excellent interaction and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred but not essential

- Experience of supporting adults with challenging behaviour is desirable but not   essential as in-house training is provided

Working hours and shift pattern

- 38.5 hours per week
