Overview   

Compass Associates is partnering alongside a leading complex care and rehabilitation provider who is looking to expand their remit to the Wiltshire and Dorset reaches.

The organisation is passionate about providing quality care helping adults and children with learning disabilities and those with support needs related to the autistic spectrum conditions, mental health conditions, complex neurodevelopmental conditions, or physical disability live a fulfilled and independent life in a community, residential or supported living setting.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be collaborating and strategizing with the Commercial Manager in developing the division. The ideal candidate for the post is an experienced BDM who can get the ground running with an established and reputable practice the Wiltshire and Dorset area.

The ideal BDM will have experience in the healthcare market (preferably within Community, Learning Disability or Residential settings, this is imperative).

Location

This is a home-based role, with travel involved and occasional travel to Head Office which is based in Kent.

Current target areas for growth include Wiltshire and Dorset area alongside other BDM posts which should target the Surrey and South London + Leicestershire regions.

Requirements

- Deep knowledge of the Health and Social Care sector, experience within community / Learning Disability and Complex Care settings are imperative

- Extensive experience in a similar Business Development Manager role   

- Evidenced work of driving sales growth in a competitive environment

- Knowledge of up-to-date legislation

- Ability to relationship build with Local Authorities, CCG's and other relevant parties

- Full UK Driver’s License

Interview Process

2 stages both through MS Teams, first stage informal call with the Commercial Manager, followed by a formal stage with the Group Commercial Director

Salary and Benefits  

The salary on the position is £55,000 per annum (flexible depending on experience), KPI related bonus and competitive company benefits.
