We are delighted to have been asked to find a new manager for our client's home in Deeside. The home provides good quality care, puts its residents at the heart of everything they do, and enjoys good grades. The atmosphere in the home is calm, friendly, and homely, and has excellent links with the local community and a well-earned reputation for keeping family members safe and comfortable.

This managerial role would present a great opportunity for a manager who likes to work with direct access to the Senior management team or a Deputy Manager who is now ready to take on their first managerial post. You will be given the autonomy to run the home with your own management style and make the home your own, and have security in the knowledge that there is excellent support there when you need it. 

In order to be considered for this unique Home Management role you must:

Hold NMC registration or a Level 4 Health and Social Care (reg with SSSC)

Have or be willing to work towards a managerial qualification

Have sound clinical knowledge

Have experience of working in a Care Home environment

Have experience working with frail elderly people

Have strong leadership qualities

As the successful candidate, you will possess strong supervisory skills and have the right qualities required to lead and motivate your staff team.

You will ensure the team delivers excellent person-centered care by helping each resident enjoy the highest possible quality of life.

You should have a passion for caring for elderly people and have a deep understanding of dementia
