My client is a very highly respected domiciliary provider and they are opening a new branch in Leicester. We are looking for a forward thinking and quality driven Registered Manager who has experience at setting up a new branch, someone passionate about developing and maintaining a high-quality service and someone who can ensure the delivery of safe, personalised care to service users. You will benefit from an experienced support team already in place from day one who have a solid understanding of the local area.

You will:

• conduct regular assessments and reviews of care in line with CQC compliance.
• be driven to help grow and develop the business while providing the highest quality care to service users.
• have the desire and motivation to aim for an 'Outstanding' rating moving forwards.
• ideally have experience at setting up a service from new.

You must have:

• a very strong history of good CQC inspections
• experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary setting
• qualifications up to QCF Level 5 or working towards
