We are currently recruiting for a Registered Care Manager to lead and manage a team of compassionate and highly skilled care workers who enable those we support to continue living safely and independently in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring outstanding compliance and supporting the business in achieving a minimum of “good” in CQC inspections.

• Lead, mentor and motivate the team of care staff

• Responsible for the safe delivery of care to clients

• Manage client and client family portfolio

• Assist with recruitment, training and shadowing of new/current staff

• Participate in the on-call rota with care coordinator

• Conduct staff reviews, spot checks and appraisals in line with company policy

• Responsibility for the investigation of complaints

• Actively participate in the growth and development of the business

• Liaise with Healthcare Professionals as required

Skills and experience:

• Strong homecare management experience

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Minimum level 5 in Health & Social Care (or be studying for it)

• UK driving license

• Good PC skills
