What you will do:
- Conduct assessments of young offenders and create comprehensive intervention plans tailored to individual needs.
- Work closely with families, schools, and other agencies to support the rehabilitation and positive progress of young people.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions, interventions, and progress reports to aid in ongoing case management.
- Facilitate workshops and rehabilitation programmes aimed at reducing re-offending and promoting a positive and constructive lifestyle.
- Provide court reports and feedback where necessary, representing the interests and progress of the young individuals you support.
