Job Purpose:

As a Youth Offending Officer, you'll work to reduce offending and re-offending among children and young people through case management, restorative approaches, and evidence-based interventions. You'll manage a caseload of young people, supporting their rehabilitation and promoting social inclusion, safety, and welfare.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage a caseload of children and young people aged 10-17 subject to Youth Justice interventions.

  • Conduct thorough assessments using AssetPlus and other relevant tools.

  • Develop and deliver tailored intervention plans with young people, parents, and partner agencies.

  • Monitor compliance with legal orders and take enforcement action where necessary.

  • Prepare detailed reports for Yo
