We're looking for a resilient and compassionate Unit manager manager to provide specialist care for individuals with dementia and physical disabilities. Join a dedicated team that makes a real difference every day.

The Role:

• Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs
• Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using positive behaviour support techniques
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate recdords and follow care plans tailored to each individual
• Work closely with a skilled team to create a safe and supportive environment

What We Offer:

• Pay: £13.87 to £14.87 per hour
• Hours: 42 hours per week
• Shift: 8am to 8pm
• Specialist Training: Full training provided in behaviour management and crisis intervention

What You Need:

• Experience supporting individuals with dementia care and physical disabilities, care planning , cqc knowledge etc (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication, patience, and resilience
• A commitment to providing person-centred care
• Willingness to undergo specialist training
