Trainee Deputy Manager - Leeds

We have an exciting opportunity to become a Deputy Manager in Leeds!

Our client are a small, well-established team within Domiciliary Care. They are eager to welcome a trainee with a pathway to Deputy Manager, offering full training and support to get you into the role. This would include putting their trainee through Level 5 in Leadership and Management!

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, motivated to progress their career with the support of a small, close-knit team.

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week. Typical working days will be Monday to Friday, but some weekend hours and flexibility will be required (including on call).

They require somebody to start ASAP!

Key skills, experience and attributes required:

· Experience working within Domiciliary Care.

· Comfortable progressing into a management role, overseeing a team and day to day operations.

· Transferable skills including excellent communication and organisational skills.

· Willingness to balance office and work within the field, fully integrating with the wider team.

· Right to work within the UK, unfortunately they cannot support sponsorship.

Leadership experience would be desirable, but not essential.

· Entry level salary will be £12.71 per hour whilst training, (+ on-call hours for additional pay enhancements). You'll then have a full pay review on completion of your training, at Deputy Manager level.
