What you will do

• Lead and manage the fostering team, ensuring effective service delivery and high standards of care

• Support and supervise social workers and foster carers, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential

• Oversee the recruitment and assessment of new foster carers, ensuring all safeguarding and compliance requirements are met

• Liaise with partner agencies and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children in care

• Contribute to service development and the implementation of best practice within the team
