What you will do

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective delivery of integrated mental health and substance misuse services.
  • Provide operational leadership and professional support, ensuring safe, effective, and recovery-focused care.
  • Oversee team performance, workforce planning, quality assurance, and service development activities.
  • Monitor service delivery standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with prison staff, healthcare providers, and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated care pathways.
