What you will do:

• Lead and manage a cohesive team of Supervising Social Workers and Advanced Practitioners.
• Spearhead innovative initiatives such as the Mockingbird programme and Foster Care Hives, empowering foster families.
• Strengthen support systems for carers and promote the stability of placements.
• Develop and champion relationship-based models of practice to ensure foster families are well-connected and supported.
• Collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and outcomes for foster children.
