What You Will Do:

Lead and manage the Family Safeguarding Team, ensuring that children and families receive effective, timely, and coordinated support.

Provide professional supervision, mentoring, and development to team members to ensure the highest standards of practice.

Oversee complex safeguarding cases, offering expert guidance and decision-making support.

Develop and implement improvement strategies that enhance service delivery and outcomes.
