Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of Mental Health Recovery Workers, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment

• Develop, implement, and review personalised, recovery-focused support plans

• Facilitate team meetings and deliver training to ensure best practice and compliance standards are met

• Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to coordinate holistic care

• Monitor service user progress and adapt recovery plans to meet changing needs

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service reporting and quality improvement
