Care & Support Workers - Residential Care Home, Westerham

A beautifully renovated residential care home in Westerham, Kent is looking to expand its team! We are seeking compassionate and experienced individuals to join us as Care & Support Workers and Senior Care Workers.

About Us:

• Small residential service supporting 30 service users

• Specialist care for dementia and challenging behaviours

• Excellent CQC rating in all areas

• Newly renovated with a luxury, welcoming environment

Roles Available:

Care & Support Worker

• Rate: £13.00 per hour

• Shifts: Day or night, 24-36 hours per week

• Overtime: £3 extra per hour

• Requirements: Previous care experience

Senior Care & Support Worker

• Rate: £14.77 per hour

• Shifts: Nights, 36 hours per week

• Overtime: £3 extra per hour

• Requirements: Experience in a senior care role, care planning, and medication administration

Eligibility:

• Candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered

• Dependant visa, Spousal visa, and leave to remain candidates are welcome
