Complex Home Care
Job Ref 26155
Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We are looking for compassionate, patient, and engaging Support workers to provide dedicated 1:1 care for a bright and lovable 9-year-old boy within his family home.
He is non-verbal and communicates using a Smartbox. He enjoys music, games, YouTube, sensory activities, spending time on his iPad, and attending hydrotherapy sessions.
He loves interaction and thrives on meaningful engagement, so we are looking for someone fun, attentive, and able to build a positive relationship with both him and his family.
You will provide person-centred care and support with daily tasks such as personal care and mobility, while remaining vigilant to his clinical care needs as required.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference while supporting a child with complex care needs in a safe, nurturing, and family-centred environment.
What you'll need
This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
