Support worker
£13 per hour Learning Disabilities / Autism / Complex Care
We are recruiting an experienced Support Worker to join a residential service in Swanage supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex care needs.
This role requires someone confident, compassionate and committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support.
Key Requirements
Experience in LD, Autism and Complex Care - ESSENTIAL
Level 3 Health & Social Care - ESSENTIAL
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and follow support plans
Reliable, professional and passionate about supporting vulnerable adults
Shift Pattern
12‑hour shifts (8am-8pm)
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday
