Location: Sutton Coldfield
Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 3 shifts on / 3 shifts off
Shifts Available:
Days: 8am - 8pm
Nights: 8pm - 8am
We are recruiting dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join a specialist residential care home in Sutton Coldfield, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities (LD), and challenging behaviour.
This role offers secure hours, a structured rota, and an excellent work-life balance through a 3 shifts on / 3 shifts off working pattern.
The Role
Provide high-quality, person-centred support within a residential setting
Support individuals with autism and learning disabilities
Positively manage and respond to challenging behaviour
Assist with personal care, daily living skills, and routines
Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
Work collaboratively as part of a professional care team
What We're Looking For
Caring, reliable, and resilient Support Workers
Experience in autism, learning disabilities, mental health, or challenging behaviour is desirable but not essential
Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 3 shifts on / 3 shifts off rota
Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach
Commitment to delivering high-quality care
