Learning Disabilities | Mental Health | Challenging Behaviour | 1:1 Support
Location: Camberley
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts Available: Days or Nights (Alternate weekends)
We are excited to be recruiting Support Workers for a brand-new supported living service in Camberley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and help shape a new service from the ground up.
Our service provides 1:1 person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and challenging behaviours, promoting independence, choice, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality 1:1 support in a supported living environment
Support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs
Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using positive behaviour support
Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and community access
Promote independence, dignity, and empowerment
Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and daily records
What We're Looking For
Passionate and compassionate Support Workers
Experience in learning disabilities, mental health, autism, or challenging behaviour (preferred but not essential)
Willingness to work day or night shifts and alternate weekends
Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach
Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering outstanding care
