Location: Camberley
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts Available: Days or Nights (Alternate weekends)

We are excited to be recruiting Support Workers for a brand-new supported living service in Camberley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and help shape a new service from the ground up.

Our service provides 1:1 person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and challenging behaviours, promoting independence, choice, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 support in a supported living environment

• Support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs

• Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using positive behaviour support

• Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and community access

• Promote independence, dignity, and empowerment

• Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures

• Maintain accurate documentation and daily records

What We're Looking For

• Passionate and compassionate Support Workers

• Experience in learning disabilities, mental health, autism, or challenging behaviour (preferred but not essential)

• Willingness to work day or night shifts and alternate weekends

• Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach

• Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering outstanding care
