We're recruiting Support Workers on behalf of one of the UK’s largest independent providers in neuro and mental healthcare.

Our client is a lovely woman with a brain tumor, experiences challenges with coordination and balance, has difficulty swallowing, and uses a PEG tube. We are looking for someone who is able to provide compassionate, person-centred care to our client.

As a Support Worker we can offer you:

• 8am - 8pm - Weekends and Weekday
• Days
• Pay rates up to £13.50 per hour
• 24/7 support from our branch team
• Comprehensive free training

• An enhanced DBS check

As a Support Worker, you must:

• You must be 25 or over to apply
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
• You must have over 6 month's UK based care expereince.
• A Full UK Driving Licence is desirable but not essential
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
• Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector

The duties of a Support Wortker include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
