We're expanding our wonderful team in Dover and are urgently seeking dedicated Support Workers to cover 12-hour day or night shifts.

About the Role

You'll be supporting an adult female client living with a brain injury, helping her with day-to-day needs to live safely and comfortably at home. This is a rewarding opportunity to build a meaningful, long-term relationship while making a real difference every day.

At Superior Healthcare, we provide round-the-clock complex care to children, young people and adults with long-term health conditions. In this role, you'll support one client per shift, ensuring continuity, connection, and quality care.

Responsibilities
  • To support clients with personal care and administer medication.
  • To provide complex care interventions such as ventilation.
  • To support clients with moving and handling.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months UK care experience.
  • Valid UK driving License and access to a car for work.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
  • Full UK right to work.
