What you will do:

• Conduct assessments including risk and safeguarding to ensure client safety.
• Deliver recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions tailored to clients' needs.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, providing one-to-one support and facilitating group programmes to aid client recovery.
• Work in partnership with various external agencies to strengthen support networks for clients.
• Operate both independently and as part of a dedicated small team to drive effective rehabilitation strategies.
• Utilise excellent communication skills to motivate clients and inspire positive change.

Qualifications / Requirements / Person Specification:

• Experience: Proven experience in delivering focused interventions and managing recovery programmes.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with confidence.
