What You Will Do:

• Provide targeted support and safeguarding services to children and families
• Conduct assessments and develop robust, child-focused care and support plans
• Implement interventions to reduce risk and improve family outcomes
• Work closely with multi-agency partners to coordinate effective support
• Maintain accurate, timely, and legally compliant case records
• Advocate for families and ensure access to appropriate services and resources

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Experience in safeguarding, family support, or child protection teams
• Strong assessment, risk analysis, and case management skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, frontline environments
