- Conduct thorough assessments and ensure that families and placements meet statutory requirements and standards.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring the well-being and safety of children.
- Work closely with colleagues within the Family Finding Team to develop plans and strategies aimed at achieving the best outcomes for children.
- Attend and contribute to meetings, panels, and reviews to facilitate the matching and placement process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of cases to comply with legal and organisational policies.
