The Early Help Social Worker plays a crucial role within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). As an Early Help Social Worker, you will assess contacts that do not meet the threshold for Children's Social Care, identify support needs, and develop plans to guide families in accessing the right services. Your efforts will be pivotal in helping children and young people achieve positive outcomes.

What you will do:

- Screen and assess cases that are referred but do not meet the threshold for Children's Social Care
- Identify and recommend appropriate support plans tailored to each family's needs
- Collaborate with other professionals within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub to ensure comprehensive support
- Monitor and follow up on the effectiveness of the support plans implemented
- Engage with families to ensure they receive the necessary guidance and resources
