What You Will Do

  • Undertake statutory assessments of children with disabilities, ensuring compliance with the Children Act 1989 and relevant legislation.

  • Develop and implement child-centred, outcome-focused care plans for children in need, protection, or care.

  • Facilitate and coordinate short breaks assessments, tailoring support packages to individual family needs.

  • Work collaboratively with education, health, and partner agencies, attending reviews and meetings as required.

  • Conduct risk assessments and safeguarding investigations, contributing to child protection conferences.

Salary range
