Chair Child Protection Conferences, ensuring all statutory requirements and safeguarding responsibilities are met.

Oversee and monitor Child Protection Plans to ensure they effectively address identified risks and promote positive outcomes.

Work in partnership with children, families, carers, and professionals to facilitate robust safeguarding decision-making.

Apply specialist knowledge of Child Protection, Children in Need, Children in Care, and safeguarding legislation to complex cases.

Utilise the ROTH framework to support high-quality analysis, assessment, and decision-making processes.
