Social Worker Adults Advanced Practitioner within Adult Social Care in Salford, earning £32.55 per hour. This exciting ongoing locum opportunity offers full-time hours, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, within a hybrid working arrangement that includes a minimum of three office-based days per week. What you will do:

  • Complete complex Care Act 2014 assessments, reviews, and safeguarding enquiries.

  • Provide expert advice, guidance, supervision, and mentoring to less experienced Social Workers and practitioners.

  • Undertake case audits and quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of practice.

  • Support case sign-off processes, ensuring assessments and interventions meet statutory and professional requirements.

  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and promote best practice across the team.

  • Assist the Team Manager with duty functions, workload prioritisation, and operational service delivery.
