What you will do:

Complete complex Care Act 2014 assessments, reviews, and safeguarding enquiries.

Provide expert advice, guidance, supervision, and mentoring to less experienced Social Workers and practitioners.

Undertake case audits and quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of practice.

Support case sign-off processes, ensuring assessments and interventions meet statutory and professional requirements.

Contribute to service improvement initiatives and promote best practice across the team.
