Purpose of the Role

To provide strategic and operational leadership of Rotherham's Youth Justice Service, ensuring effective delivery of statutory and preventative services. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, promote best practice, and ensure full compliance with Youth Justice Board (YJB) standards and safeguarding principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a multi-disciplinary team including social workers, youth justice officers, and case managers.
