What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage service delivery for vulnerable children and young people, particularly within adolescent services.

  • Supervise and support case workers, promoting professional development and team performance.

  • Manage safeguarding and public protection risks, ensuring high standards of child protection.

  • Facilitate multi-agency collaboration to provide comprehensive support to children and families.

  • Ensure high-quality recording, monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance using Management Information Systems.

  • Apply relevant legislation and policies to inform practice and uphold safeguarding responsibilities.

  • Use data and evidence effectively to inform decision-making.

  • Foster inclusive practice, addressing equality and diversity with colleagues and service users.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education with a social work qualification and current Social Work England registration.

  • Evidence of continuing professional development.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in social work practice and managing service delivery for adolescents.

Salary range

  • £45.20 per hour
