Support Worker / Senior Support Worker - Camberley

Full‑time | Days or Nights | £12.87-£13.87 per hour

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a dedicated Support Worker or Senior Support Worker to join a well‑established Supported Living service in the Camberley area. We are looking for someone passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care and supporting adults to live as independently as possible.

About the Role

You will be supporting adults with a range of needs, which may include learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and daily‑living support. Each person has their own self‑contained flat, and support is tailored to individual goals and independence levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing person‑centred support with daily living

• Assisting with personal care where required

• Supporting individuals with medication (if trained)

• Promoting independence, choice and wellbeing

• Encouraging engagement in activities and community access

• Working collaboratively with families and professionals

• Completing accurate documentation and following care plans

• Leading shifts and supporting staff (Senior role)

What We're Looking For

• Experience in care or support work (Senior level requires leadership experience)

• A compassionate, reliable and proactive approach

• Ability to work full‑time on days or nights

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Medication training desirable

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (advantageous)
