What you will do:

• Manage complex caseloads and deliver effective interventions to assist children and families.
• Conduct statutory and risk assessments, as well as Section 47 investigations.
• Develop and implement child-centred plans to ensure positive outcomes for each youngster.
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to safeguard and promote children's welfare.
• Prepare and present high-quality reports for meetings, reviews, and court proceedings when necessary.
• Utilize sound professional judgement to guide decision-making and manage risks effectively.

About you:

• Qualified Social Worker with registration from Social Work England.
• Demonstrated experience within Children's Services.
• Strong skills in assessment, analysis, and report writing.
• Confidence in managing complex cases and making informed, evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Committed to delivering child-focused, high-quality practice.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
