What you will do:

  • Manage complex and sensitive cases, providing specialist advice and consulting with professionals to deliver tailored interventions.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and develop holistic action plans for young people and their families, ensuring each plan is reflective of accurate information and realistic outcomes.
  • Ensure all case management practices comply with statutory requirements and organisational policies, maintaining impeccable case records.
  • Provide parenting assessments, including PAMS and Special Guardianship assessments, for court proceedings, ensuring high-quality reporting.
  • Support the Rise Project and develop evidence-based preventative services designed to help children remain in their birth families when safe.
  • Supervise Children and Families Workers and other team members, providing guidance and developmental support to ensure best practices in all programs and interventions.
  • Deliver written reports, statements, and care plans for legal proceedings, upholding the highest professional standards in your documentation and communication.
  • Act as deputy for the Team Manager as needed, ensuring continuity in service during absences.
