A well-regarded children's home in Westbury is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join their team on a full-time, rota basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real, lasting difference in children's lives while stepping into a leadership role.

Key Requirements
- Aged 22+ (Ofsted requirement)
- NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
- 2+ years' experience in residential childcare
- Full manual driving licence
