As a Senior Practitioner, you’ll work closely with your Room Lead and the Nursery Manager to help oversee the daily running of your room<\/b>. You’ll plan engaging, child -led activities, support the team with clear direction and encouragement, and ensure every child’s needs are met in a safe, happy and stimulating environment.
<\/p>
You’ll be a role model<\/b> for best practice—balancing care, creativity, and professionalism—and helping to mentor junior colleagues as part of a strong and passionate early years team.

Requirements<\/h3>
Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
<\/p><\/li>
At least 3 years’ experience post -qualification
<\/p><\/li>
Confident in supporting and motivating a small team
<\/p><\/li>
Excellent communication and organisation skills
<\/p><\/li>
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS requirements
<\/p><\/li>
Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene certificates (or willingness to obtain)
