We are recruiting an experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment (CRHT) Team across Norfolk & Suffolk. This ongoing, full-time locum opportunity is ideal for a skilled practitioner who thrives in fast-paced crisis services and is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred mental health care in the community.
Working from Northgate Hospital in Great Yarmouth, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, helping to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and promoting recovery within the community.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive crisis assessments and provide effective gatekeeping to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.

Deliver home treatment interventions, including medication support and monitoring concordance.

Carry out home visits, offering timely and responsive care in line with CRHT pathways.

Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, contributing to care planning and risk management.

Provide expert mental health support and guidance to service users and their families or carer
