You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with parking regulations, supporting operational service delivery, and providing a high-quality, customer-focused enforcement service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily deployment of CEOs across on- and off-street locations.
  • Patrol parking areas by foot and vehicle, ensuring parking controls are enforced in line with legislation and Council policies.
  • Deliver staff briefings, monitor performance, and create a positive performance management culture.

  • Proven people-management skills, including handling staff absence and performance.
  • Experience delivering training and ensuring accuracy of PCNs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging public interactions.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A flexible approach, with willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and outside of core hours.
  • A current clean driving licence and valid CBT (desirable).
  • A Basic DBS certificate (required).
