✔ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
✔ Minimum 12 months care experience
✔ Able to work a mix of weekdays and alternate weekends
✔ Confident supporting medication, care plans & mentoring staff

🔷 What the Role Involves

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will carry out care calls while supporting the wider team.

Care duties:

Personal care & supporting independence

Medication administration

Meal preparation & companionship

Accurate record keeping

Senior responsibilities:

Mentoring and supporting care staff

Carrying out spot checks

Reviewing care plans

Supporting training delivery

Assisting with on-call (rota basis)

🔷 Hours & Pay

20–30 hours per week (flexible)

Set availability agreed in advance

Mixture of early, evening & weekend shifts

£13.60 per hour

On-call increment

Paid holiday (28 days pro rata)

Paid Travel Time

Company pension scheme

40p per mile
