Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as a Senior Adult Social Worker? We are looking for a talented professional to join our dynamic Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team in Oldham for a rewarding period of three months. This is a Grade 7 Social Worker position within our dedicated Adult Social Care (ASC) MASH Team. You will earn between £30 and £35 per hour, depending on your experience, and enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working. You will be expected to be in the office three days a week while also enjoying the freedom of community-based work. Our full-time standard working hours are 8:40am to 5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

What you will do

• Conduct assessments to evaluate the needs and risks concerning adults accessing social care services.
• Collaborate closely with a team of professionals in a multi-disciplinary environment to ensure the best outcomes for adults in need.
• Apply safeguarding procedures and investigate concerns to promote the welfare of vulnerable adults.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records and reports.
• Provide guidance and support to professionals and family members involved in the care of adults.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each adult.
