What you will do:

- Manage records efficiently by using the SEN database and ensure compliance with all data protection regulations.
- Facilitate communication among parents, educators, and health professionals to update them on the EHC plan progress.
- Incorporate and calculate personal budgets within the EHC plan, collaborating with respective managers.
- Engage proactively with families and educational professionals through various communication modes.
- Prepare for mediation and tribunal appeals by providing detailed information on complex cases.

Requirements:
Ideal candidates are adept at producing complex yet easily understandable documents and have significant ICT skills, especially in database and word processing systems. Experience in educational settings and a firm grasp of special educational needs and disabilities is crucial.
