Your Mission:

As the Safeguarding & Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee safeguarding protocols and lead on quality assurance across our fostering services, ensuring every child receives the highest standards of care and support. You will work collaboratively across departments and external partners to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a multi-disciplinary team, including children's mentors, education specialists, and psychologists.

  • Partner with Assistant Team Managers and Practice Managers to provide guidance on complex safeguarding cases and children with additional needs.

  • Engage with Local Authorities and LADOs to handle and resolve safeguarding concerns, complaints, and allegations.

  • Oversee risk assessments, safety plans, and care planning processes, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and chi
