Night Manager Location: Redditch, West Midlands Salary: £35,185 per annum Hours: Full-time - Night shifts(40h) Setting: Residential Care Home Service Users: Adults with Dementia, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Eating DisordersJob Purpose:To lead and manage the care team during night shifts, ensuring high standards of care and support are delivered to residents with complex needs, including dementia and learning disabilities.
